What are your hours of operation?

You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our customer service representatives are available to take your calls Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm CST.

Where is WalkingDots located?

We're in Titletown USA, a.k.a. Green Bay, Wisconsin.

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.


Production and Shipping:

How long does production take?

It will take us a maximum of 2 business days to produce your order.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the shipping method you choose, your order will arrive in 3-7 business days. Click here for more information on shipping.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Absolutely! When you checkout make sure to enter both addresses.

Are art prints shipped in tubes?

Nope. Depending on the size and number of prints in your order, prints will ship in either a heavy, rigid envelope or be rolled and placed in a 4" x 24" box.

Do you ever have promotions or sales?

Yes! Sign up for our email newsletter and you'll be the first to know about sales and promotions.

A design I like is not available on the product I want.

All artists get to choose which products they put their art on.

Are your products ever out of stock?

Nope, we produce everything on demand.

How do I frame your art prints myself?

Our print sizes were specifically chosen to fit standard frame sizes found in any arts & crafts store.


Order Status and Returns/Exchanges:

How can I check the status of my order?

With your order number and billing address zip code handy, visit our Track Order page to get the latest updates on your order. You can, of course, contact our local customer service department with any questions as well.

My order arrived damaged.

Oh no! Contact customer service as soon as possible and we'll straighten it out.

I'm missing items from my order.

No worries, a few of our products ship from a separate facility and depending on the size of your order, it may require multiple packages. If your order shipped in multiple packages, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers. If you're still concerned, visit our Track Order page to get the latest updates on your order or feel free to contact customer service and we'll answer any questions you still have.

I did not receive my order confirmation email.

Contact customer service and we'll confirm what email was entered for your order, update it, and resend the email confirmation if necessary.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

There is a small window of time between when you place your order and when we produce it where changes can be made. The size of this window depends on order volume at that point in time so we can't guarantee anything. Please contact customer service to see if changes to your order can still be made.
